SPACIOUS 3 BED HOUSE WITH PARKING & GOOD TRANSPORT

Met every expectation. Good size, very well equipped, cozy and well located. Parking off street. close to East Croydon train station to access downtown London. Personnel available and very friendly. Loved this place.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable. We arrived earlier than check in time and the host was so kind to let us into the property. I will definitely return and recommend to others

My kids loved the billiards and toys. They were happy there. Our beds were comfortable.

The photos were really deceiving. I thought we were staying in a newly refurbished house. If I hadn't paid non refundable, I would have gone elsewhere. The first night we did not have heating, after I texted the owner it was sorted for the 2nd day. It's run down and is in major need of refurbishment for the price given: Mouldy shower, yellow toilet seat, low water pressure. Carpets worn out., kitchen facilities not cleaned properly, sink is filthy and had bits of food in the drain. The house has everything you need, but either outdated or dirty..
