Great location for the City centre everything within walking distance. Clean and comfortable for a large group of friends with fairly basic needs. Comfortable beds with clean linen and towels. Great shower pressure!

Probably not ideal for families as was difficult for a group of 10 to all sit in the living room or kitchen all together. Parking is a little limited if you have more than 1 vehicle and are not planning on driving during your stay as on road parking limited to 2 hours during the day.

"Good value for money"

It was comfortable and ideal for what we needed. Great value for money. Close to shops for any supplies needed!

The carpets could do with being replaced and a lick of paint in some rooms. There also wasn't enough mugs for us all to have a cuppa in the morning so we had to wait for each other to finish. The location was just in a housing estate so not too flash, but we weren't there during the days it was just somewhere to sleep so did the job.
