location was fantastic, large house, very clean, good beds, well equipped kitchen, en-suite and a bathroom,

nothing that would stop us going again when cooking have extractor fan and back door open as smoke alarms sensitive, macerator toilets as expected noisey at night

Very helpful host. Accomodation was very good quality and beds and kitchen were of a really high spec. Good value and parking outside.

Had great communication with the owner prior to arrival. Very prompt replies regarding queries. Well appointed property including well equipped kitchen. Plenty of space for relaxing and socialising with friends and family - good Wi-fi connection. Nice touch having logs for the log burner

clean sheets, log burner, close to city centre, en-suite facility and well equipped.

unfortunately there was a few heating issues, cold showers and steps down in the kitchen to dining area.
