Location

Whilst sofas were okay being mature in age made it difficult to get of. TV needs to be bigger and a proper smart one with apps for all main streamers. Warnings about not making noise after ten. We don’t make noise and believed neighbour knocked on wall.

Lovely comfortable home. Beautiful outlook onto field and small park. Really appreciated the extra touches like eggs, milk and biscuits. Extremely clean. Great communication.

Lovely clean cottage nicely tucked away but only a few minutes walk into the town centre where there is a good selection of cafes, shops, pubs and restaurants, we ate at Capri and The three Horseshoes which were both very nice. Good communication with the owners and easy access. We went to High Force waterfall which was only a short drive into beautiful countryside.

Location was central to walking into town. Quiet street and easy parking outside the house. Good local information in folder available with street map.

Cosy house, spotlessly clean and perfect for exploring the lovely town of Bernard Castle.

The location was excellent and the beds were extremely clean and comfortable. The heating worked quickly and warmed the whole cottage effectively.
