The Cottage , Newton Ferrers

Great location and well kitted out . Beds comfortable too.

4th bedroom isn’t really a bedroom. Wet room tends to be a bit whiffy but better after putting bleach down the main drain every two days.

Location was great. 40 yards to pub and River! Rooms were so nicely done and plenty of room. All the items you need in the kitchen, we stayed 3 nights and cooked 2 nights.

Only negative is 4th bedroom is not a room.

Lovely clean and well equipped cottage in a great location.

Very well equipped and comfortable. Brilliant water pressure - the shower was lovely. Plenty of space for the three of us and two dogs. Located right opposite the pub. There is good WiFi. Lovely and bright lounge. Huge TV with Netflix.

Parking is difficult as all parking bays are 45 minutes max. We didn’t see any traffic warden’s. You have to street walk dogs as they get filthy if you walk along the estuary and green space is very limited. The property is a little tired in places and could do with a few more windows that open but that doesn’t detract from its charm.

Good amount of space, comfy sofas and bed. Good log burner

It would have been nice to have a garden or patio area to sit outside, but being in such a great position, close to the creek more than nade uo fir this

We had a lovely stay at The Cottage. It has a beautiful location right by the river. We found the cottage cosy, clean and so well equipped. All the bedrooms had comfortable beds and the shower was great too. We had a really wonderful week staying here and felt right at home straight away. We enjoyed many walks straight from the cottage and walking across the causeway to the pubs in Noss Mayo. We will definitely come back and stay here again as we didn't want to leave.
