Beautiful New 3 Bedroom Townhouse w/ Private Pool

The location and the unit itself was nice and fine!

The unit was not too clean (dirty tissues right by the bed, chairs and sofa were dirty and stained, plus some of the cups were dirty). The neighbors next door were too loud especially their dog that barks throughout the night. They also parked in our driveway and have to ask them to move so we can park. The unit is not properly stocked with toilet paper, shower gel, dishwashing soap, and laundry detergent. We had to buy them ourselves. Poor communication from owner even after we informed them of what’s missing and needed. Never responded.

Stocked with everything you could possibly need including beach items. Very clean as well.

The pool was more of a hot tub and the water in it was a bit cloudy

We went to the local HEB for food to cook. Every thing is near by. Great location

The grill did not work after buying good for the grill.

The property was like new and basically clean. we were disappointed with the groceries left behind in the refrigerator and freezer. other than that, we would definitely rent it again.
