that it was in the owners back yard about 5 metres from where they sleep. Got woken up to someone in the garden and a dog right outside our door.

Location was great, an easy walk to the Yacht club where we attended a function. Hosts were friendly, accommodation was a good size, really clean. Will definitely stay again. :)
