Running Y Ranch Townhouse

Comfortable beds and pillows made for a cozy night’s sleep!

Outside could use some lighting - we arrived in the dark and had to maneuver some stairs with a flash light. It looks like there may be solar panel type of walkway lights but they weren’t on.

The beds were comfortable and there is a lot of closet space. There are deer that live close by and they regularly walked by or laid down near the place,

Very dated and quite dirty (e.g., the kitchen windows were horrific, the deck was filthy, the blinds, range/oven, lamp shades). The kitchen is not well set up for cooking - limited pots & pans, and they were the kind with the non-stick coating peeling off and a stainless steel stock pot with stuff stuck on the bottom. Light in MW hood not working, Not even a chef knife! Crumbs on top of toaster from prior renter, counter underneath not wiped, cabinets & appliances very old. Kitchen very poorly laid out, e.g., when at the sink cannot easily load the dishwasher as it opens up into the same space. Couch is old & dilapidated, throw rugs look dirty. There was one in front of the couch that was constantly getting bunched up - too soft for the purpose. The TV was not set up for use when we arrived, but the owner did spend time on the phone getting that straightened out. All the sheets in the closets were bunched up, unfolded, giving messy impression & wondering if clean or dirty. Blind cords have no fixtures to wrap them around, so is unsafe for toddlers. Honestly, the Running Y Ranch Resort itself was also a big disappointment as they did not treat our relatives well who were getting married there. I did not eat at the restaurant, but many of my extended family did, and did not find it very good.

Perfect place for our group, and host were very helpful while we got used to the place!

Not sure anything could have been better. Maybe a maid and a cook!

Spacious and Quiet

a little far from town, but that can also be a good thing!

The townhouse was clean, comfortable and cozy with everything we needed ( except propane for the BBQ, but we were able to get some at the market). We love the location and enjoyed walking on the paved trail down around the golf course.

We really loved it all! It's a very minor issue, but there was no matches or lighter in the condo for the grill. Had to buy propane. A blender would be a helpful amenity to include in the kitchen. The instructions on booking.com for checking in could have been more clear, as we were used to having to check in at main office for other rentals and didn't receive any instructions until we called 2 hours before checkin time.

The location, amenities, and comfort of the townhouse made our week there a true delight. It is definitely a place we hope to stay at again.
