The premises is complete with all the needed facilities. Our stay there was likely at our own home. Such a clean and comfortable place to stay.

Location ok. Not so difficult to find and not too far away from town and tourist attractions. A few food stalls nearby for breakfast. Owner provided kitchen ware, cooking utensils, stove and gas if need to cook but we did not use them Rooms and beds are comfortable and extra single mattress provided which is a plus point

Padlock used not suitable. Cheap coded padlock. And it is only able to lock from the outside of the grill. Problem is, the grill lock was not provided and the sliding door couldn't be locked at all! Gate lock also not provided. Safety of guests is not taken seriously. The piping for the master bedroom a/c was not done properly and connected into the top wall in the small bathroom so while you take your bath or use the toilet, droplets of water from the a/c 'rain' on you. No water heater. A lot of lizard's droppings found around the bathroom and kitchen area too. No a/c in the living hall but there is a ceiling fan and a wall mounted fan. Only 1 toilet has seat toilet bowl the other toilet is a squat down toilet which can be an inconvenience for some people. Recommendation on places to eat was not answered. Poor communication experience with owner/manager of the homestay
