The location was excellent. The house was clean & the host left a bottle of Prosecco, which was such a nice touch. The beds were lovely and comfy. The facilities were fab! The garden was a bit shabby & needs some TLC. The table was rickety and the paving slabs were very uneven. Lots of weeds. Just needs a new table and some attention to the slabs and weeds - then it would be perfect! However, all in all, our stay was brilliant- so close to everything in Brighton!

A unique and very comfortable property. It had all the facilities every type of person needs! Arrived with a welcome pack and Romany made sure our special stay was perfect! The property is full of lovely paintings and decor! It is placed in the heart of Brighton near all the bars and clubs! Morrisons and COOP supermarkets 5mins walk. 5mins to the coast as well and pier! It’s an ideal spot for everyone’s needs.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like so just positives really!

Fantastic central location within walking distance of everything - Pier, shops, supermarket, railway station, Lanes & North Laines, even the marina. Very well-equipped both in terms of fixtures eg dishwasher, washing-machine, tumble-dryer, supplies eg milk, fruit, tea, coffee and games eg cards etc. Very comfortable beds, good mattresses, pillows etc
4 flights of stairs, all quite narrow. While generally clean, the house is very quirky/full of ornaments, pictures, etc so it could perhaps have benefitted from a deep-clean.
