The attention paid by the lady on duty on the day of check-in.

We arrived on a cold rainy weekend. When we called to check what time breakfast ends on Sunday morning we were told it was "finished sweetie". We called 5 mins before the stipulated end of breakfast time. While i don't expect an establishment to bend tge rules for people, however,In winter, i would hope an establishment would already go an extra mile for their guests. Especially after they had no electricity all night until late hours of Saturday-Sunday morning.
