The location wasn’t to bad

The picture that’s on the side is way more maintained than what was posted. The bushes were so overgrown you couldn’t see the steps. The place was FILTHY, rips in the couches, the carpet was so stained. And we found 2 roaches!! 🪳. The garbage was full when we got there and there was black mold on the bedroom ceiling! Disappointed is an understatement! The only thing nice about this house was the neighborhood it was in. The houses surrounding this house were kept up and nice. The owners must not care about appearances

The host was very attentive. We had a couple of minor issues, but they were handled immediately and effectively. The issues were not the hosts fault, more likely the last guests fault. The unit was very spacious and clean. Will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.

The house was located in a quiet neighborhood near Nashville. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs!

Being charged an extra (undisclosed) cleaning fee for our dogs just hours before our arrival. This happened even though the booking.com website said “pets allowed no extra fees required”. With that we were surprised to find the house was not all that clean - dead bugs on the kitchen counter and floor, the living room blinds had a gooey substance on them, the bathroom vanity had to be wiped down. I also had to pick up poop leftover from past guest.
