Very comfortable and convenient accommodation. Well equipped kitchen. Garden terrace with a panoramic view of the ocean. Responsive host. Possibility to buy fresh fish from the local car shop in the morning. Good location for touring the eastern part of the island.

Everthing was fine. To park the car, we used the public parking lot at the port, which is 1 minute away from the apartment. The street at the entrance of the house is narrow. But it didn't cause any problems.

Great location, a little difficult to find on Google maps but that could be us... that certainly wasn't the hosts fault.

Everything was great. Very comfy bed, good localization, nice terrace with wonderful view. During our trip neighbor's cat visited us and spent some time in the evenings

Beautiful house in the small village of Porto Formosa. Stunning views of the church and bay from the rooftop garden. Owner was quick to respond to any questions and had some great restaurant recommendations. Great coffee bar and grocery store about 10 meters away. Highly recommend this villa.

A bit noisy but that is part of the local experience.

The hosts were very accessible and on standby for me. Also very helpful in recomendations and with the drop of the key.

Ribeirenha is a beautiful, traditionally furnished and immaculately clean house. There were three of us and so we had one room each, but there is enough space for three couples. The terrace or balcony area is unique and has amazing views of the bay, and is frequented by a friendly neighbourhood cat. The washing machine was a real life-saver. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a barbecue but we didn't use these as we had our meals outside. Our favourite local restaurant is "Casa de Pasto - o Amoral" which does amazing fish.

Traditional house with lovely terrace with a view. Spotless clean and well equiped. Situated in the heart of Porto Formoso what gives the unique opportunity to live like locals do. Next door to bar and convenience store. Very good fish restaurant just short walk away. Street parking easy to find. Great place to both, short and long stays. Good communication with the owner, but at the same time you are on your own and enjoy privacy. I would definately come back.

it was a bit cold

Amazing property, lovely and spacious. Beds were really comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and very clean and tidy. Smart TV is a great bonus for the kids. Owner is available and responds really quickly to answer anything.

House felt a bit chilly and no heating.
