Casale Rosanna

Casale Rosanna was a charming and romantic villa for our first ever Tuscan stay. Simply beautiful!

As we stayed in Winter, we found it to be quite cold inside, however, this may be because we are used to a warmer climate.

We had a wonderful time at this quiet and peaceful place which is located 10 minutes away from San Gimignano. The apartment is lovely furnished, very spacious and comes with two bathrooms which is great for a family with teenage kids. Apart from the amazing large terrace, there’s another outside seating area right by the kitchen (shaded in the mornings). Starting from the main terrace, you follow a small path down to the pool which you share with the guests of the other holiday home on the same ground. As the pool is large, it never feels crowded. The communication with Cinzia and her parents was always super friendly, quick and helpful. Grazie mille - we’d love to come back!

Quiet location, nice views, close to the town with 30 minute walk.

Missing a few small things like washing powder, additional toilet paper etc but not a big problem.

The hosts were welcoming and helpful. The property has a beautiful view surrounded by olive trees. The fireplace was very much enjoyed by our family.

The. Location and the Gardena and the quetness. The appartement was fulltime equipes and very clean. We could easily find the house.

The cutrtain in ome of the bathrooms needs to be repliceerde by an glas cabin. Wen this is realized this is the best place to stay!
