If I had to make one suggestion it would be that the living room seating could have been more comfortable and able to seat more comfortably.

The 1 bedroom apartment is right on the beach. Perfect location.

The living room furniture is extremely uncomfortable. There is only one tiny, very hard sofa, also advertised as sofa bed ( no bedding provided as the fine print on the agreement states.) The width of the sofa seat is maybe 1.5 -2 feet. The coffee table is just a cardboard box covered with fabric. No armchairs of any kind. The shower cabin is also extremely narrow. I'm 5.6 and 145lb and could not fit comfortably there. For total of $300 per night the apartment was very disappointing.
