Nothing, everything was perfectly in order and very presentable.

Very nice and cosy apartment, nicely decorated.

Firstly we arranged to pick up the keys at the address we were staying, stuck in traffic, I sent a message to the host, to which they replied with a different address, (40 farthingale court En9 3pf) flat 40 not where we’re due to stay. Presuming this is to pick the keys we made our way to the new address, after several calls and txts, 15 minute later someone arrived, and advised we’d actually be staying here instead (it was better) we chose the other one for a specific reason location wise. We were already late for our arrangements, hence not having time to dispute this. Entering the property it was clear this was a downgrade, and the property itself wasn’t anything like the one we had paid full price for.
