Birch Hill Cottage -30 minutes from St Arnaud

Super warm and comfy bed, great shower pressure, generally nice bathroom, and good heating. I particularly loved the bug screen on the window, which meant we could have the window open overnight - we love a cold room in a snuggly bed.

Interior fitouit, particularly in the kitchen was quite low quality, a lot of stuff from kmart (for example the induction didn't work that well, just because it wasn't high quality), didn't really fit what it looked like from the outside - we assumed more rustic, old-style quality. Not a huge deal, but a bit of a disappointment considering the price.

We loved this place and some really lovely thoughtful touches. It was warm and sunny. Electric blanket and good heater when it wasn't. We thank the owner for providing such a lovely environment 😊

Well presented cottage, privately situated, full sized BBQ on the large deck was a bonus, nice spot to kick back with a glass wine in hand, I would definitely recommend this place and if I'm in the area again I would stay here for sure 😁

The cottage was beautiful and comfortable. The surroundings were stunning.

The location, is in the middle of nowhere.
