Our experience in this house was disappointing. I was disappointed to discover hours before my arrival that there was an additional mandatory charge of MX$450 per day for cleaning, which was not mentioned in the reservation. The fact that this charge had to be paid in cash and was not indicated beforehand was frustrating, especially when you are notified shortly before and cannot cancel the reservation without being charged or look for another option. I recommend to put this on the reservation details to be transparent, and that users can make an informed decision without feeling deceived or manipulated. Additionally, the cleaning schedule did not fit our plans, which made us feel trapped in a situation we did not want, and we had to make some adjustments. Other negative aspects included lack of shade for outdoor dining (which is the only space for dinning in the entire cabin) and disruptive street noise, contributing to a less satisfactory stay than anticipated.
