"Would probably have been better in the summer when the heating wouldn't have been a problem."

Location. The size of the house was good. The beds were very good. Plenty of towels. T.V's as advertised.

The downstairs living area was cold especially the kitchen and dining room and the bathroom was so cold it could only be used as an emergency loo, forget the idea of having a bath in there. Lack of lightbulbs was verging on dangerous, bottom of the stairs had 1 bulb working out of 3, top of the stairs and landing had no light at all, we had to leave the shower room light on all night with the door open for when our young grandchildren got up in the night. kitchen had 2 bulbs working out of 5.

Hallway is dirty Dining area is not clean Water is clogging in the downstairs bathroom sink Rooms were cold since the thermostat was set to a certain temperature and we were not able to increase the it

Good location. Close to Brecon Beacons.

The garden needs attention. PAT testing whilst staying there not ideal. Customer service could be improved. Some parts of the property could be spruced up. Some windows not working correctly. Loft area could be sealed off or developed. Android TVs user interface not great- couldn’t get Netflix to work but lounge tv worked perfectly.
