Forty Winks

Lovely location and view, very clean, spacious and comfortable unit with all amenities required. Host was friendly and informative and the farm eggs and milk provided was a nice touch.

Although not in the establishment's control, visitors in adjoining unit were rather noisy and sound came through the walls/interleading door. Power was intermittent being affected by exceptionally high winds but a generator was available.

We went for a morning walk with the intention of making breakfast on our return but sadly the electricity was off due to an ESKOM electricity cut. Not the hosts fault at all.

Nothing.

It was a self-catering unit. The parking was spacious, dedicated to the unit and safe. The unit was spacious and well stocked. The views of the rolling hills and waterways were stunning. Zebra, horses and buck roam freely and pass by the cottage regularly. A beautiful place to hike and explore nature.

Beautiful farm style accommodation, farm eggs and milk provided as a special touch. Amazing bed and linen provided. It really was a treat, we will definitely be back. Thank you Peter.

The cottage was easy to access and extremely comfortable and clean with a well fitted out kitchen and gorgeous fireplace.

There wasn’t anything that I could find complaint with it was a wonderful two day break.
