The house was generally in good condition and great location. Very comfortable beds. Good vibes overall.

Some furniture/equipment need refurbishment (balcony sofas, several window screen / sieves)

It was one of the best places I ever been. I Travel a lot, especially for work and I've been almost everywhere around the globe...but this place made me speechless. The location is amazing. Every morning we were awake for the stunning sunrise. I really don't have worlds to describe...it has to be experience.

We couldn't find anything that we didn't like.

Only thing one can mention here is the WiFi, which was not working. Other than that, everything was fine!

We spent two nights there, all in all a family of four. The property is situated on a cliff overlooking the entire argolikos golf, from Argos and Nafplion all the way to Spetses. The view is trully breathtaking. We payed 100 Euros per night, which is a reasonable price. However.....

the property has seen better days ,although its not that old , but the signs of neglect are evident. Its destined to be a airbnb/booking moneymaker and thats about it. The pictures are not accurate. The property has two apartments, the small one on the bottom floor (with the green teracce which is artificial lawn carpet) and the big one on the two upper floors. We had the bottom one so i cant comment on the other. The bottom one is the one with the gray livingroom combined bedroom and orange bath. When you click on the lower aparmtent you see all the photos for both apartments which is confusing. The amenities are pretty basic. There is no salt/sugar/pfeffer. The dishes and cups were not clean. The espresso machine is missing a piece but manages to work. The bath curtain had been removed and had been left hanging on the towel holder. According to the description there is a bath tub, which isnt there. There was no wifi on the first day. The manager said that the phone company was conducting repairs in the area which is definetly incorrect since the wifi router belongs to another company and works with 5g. They had simply forgotten to turn it on and it was situated on the upper apartment. The next day they brought it down to us and we had wifi. They also brought us the beachchairs which were missing, according to the manager because of repairs (??). I dont think the bigger apartment upstairs is in much better shape. All in all a pretty basic accomodation which is compensated through the wonderful view and reasonable price , although I dont know if the price remains 100 euros in summer, we were there in April.

The house is large. It is away from other houses. The facilities are new. there are many balconies. the kitchen is well equiped.

If you do not own a car, getting anywhere is hard. The beach is a long walk away.

There were no blankets and the TV did not work.

Breathtaking views to the sea and the coast. We spent two days at this beautiful apartment. Recently renovated. Perfect for 4 or even 5 people. 3 minutes by car to a lovely beach, 10 minutes to the nearest shop.

The kitchen could do with more utensils for those who cook (no restaurants at a walking distance).
