Fabulous location. Clean and very well equipped with everything you need in a home away from home when you’re on a budget so want to eat in etc… Light and really spacious. Great value for money.

Too cold on arrival at 15°c , took a long time to warm up, heating system not set up correctly., no shower gel, bed mattress different height.

"This is a lovely, spacious house just off the High Street in a really beautiful area."

We had a lovely time exploring Pateley Bridge as well as Harrogate, Ripon, Fountains Abbey and Knaresborough. The property was quiet and comfortable and had everything we required. Caroline was extremely helpful. We'd certainly like to return!

"Lovely house in a great little town"

Superb location in a lovely town. Very well equipped and a wonderful bath. Plenty of room.

As always needed more hooks. High spec equipment ( TV, microwave, oven, dishwasher) was complicated to use when not familiar. Somewhat under heated.
