Appartamento Jungle Beach

His behavior was very friendly and respectful, he even helped us to carry our luggage. I will definitely go there again, it was a great experience, the price is reasonable, I feel safe, Rome is very beautiful and the people are rich in culture.

Location, bus stop in front of the house, working internet, ac, elevator, bedroom bed not bad, friendly owners

Very Old and rather dirty, noisy bathroom fan, noisy fridge, no mosquito net, full of mosquitoes, sofa is unsleepable and was dirty, there were cleaning articles all over the place, dirty cleaning stuff left in the balcony, mold in the bathroom, sticky floors

The location is great, so close to the beach and about 20min walk from the city center. It has an iron, an ironing board and lots of other useful facilities.

The bathroom is old and inconvenient. There was some dust in the closets too.

We planned to combine attending unlimited sightseeing opportunities of Italy with leisure at see side: this was it - 20-30 min ride on public transit to Rome downtown and 3 minutes walk in swim suite to the beach. This was it! It saved us from exhaustion of heat during daily historical touring. Host Emiliano was great to accommodate some missing items.

It would be unfair to call something we, North Americans, accustomed to conveniences that might be of not "expected" quality or even absent. If you are looking for four - five star hotel amenities, you might find this location beyond your anticipations. Though - it had everything we needed to enjoy our time at its best.

it overlooked the sea and multiple beaches.

our apartment was switched at the last minute from a building with an elevator to one with none! the apartment was 4 floors up and carrying heavy luggage was not a pleasant experience. also, it was not close to many restaurants or the city centre. And, unfortunately, communication with the owners was poor.

The apartment has a lovely location.

The owner said about additional payment for late check-in on the day of arrival. I have no choice. Also, the owner wrote rude messages after check-out.
