Lovely surroundings which would be wonderful to sit in the summer, with outside seating and barbecue

"Perfect retreat for us, warm, comfy and private, very relaxed and safe for puppy."

Perfect for us, 9 min drive to the University of Sussex where Pete was attending a symposium each day, a fabulous doggy park close by to walk to with puppy, great views from our private, quiet, lovely comfy and well-equipped little garden house (more like a studio) where puppy was safe to run about outside. Maria was very friendly and hospitable. Good options nearby for food to takeaway or eat out.

It didn't bother me but my husband, who is not so well didn't like so many steps to climb up to our holiday house at the top of the terraced house.

"A HIDDEN GEM….. EXCEPTIONAL….."

EVERYTHING…..

FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED UP THE WINDING STEPS TO THE HIDDEN LODGE IN NOTHING BUT GREENERY…… THEN ONCE I OPENED THE FRONT DOOR THE SPACIOUS INTERIOR & DECOR BLOW ME AWAY….

"Perfect little nest surrounded by nature and with great view!"

Maria is a great host, she’s reactive, smiley and kind and had prepared for us all the necessary products for us to spend a nice long WE. The lodge is at 1min by foot of a bus stop that will bring you to the city center in 10min. The area is nice with parcs for kids, and groceries stores. Maria’s garden is perfect, we even got a small visiteur in the morning 🐿 and we could witness beautiful sunset on the valley. I highly recommend and will probably be back myself!

Lovely little studio apartment style place to stay. Very private at the end of a very long garden. Garden itself was lovely too! It was a great place to have our dog with us. Would strongly recommend.
