Loved the setup/layout and how close it was to everyone🩵

There was odd few things faulty before we arrived but nothing that ruins the stay!

Very good location

The cleanliness and overall condition of the house needs some attention. The cutlery and crockery was not properly cleaned. The shower head was full of limescale, the carpet on the staircase was worn and dirty, the door on the main bedroom did not close properly, one of the bedrooms were missing curtains and one of the chairs in the kitchen/lounge area had loose legs. I would expect the house to be in a much better condition especially as there is a £165 cleaning fee included in the rate. We paid more than £700 for one night for 3 adults and 2 kids, which was our choice and we are happy to pay, but if you expect your guest to pay that much you need to understand that there is a level of expectation that comes with a high rate like that. It was definitely not worth that rate and not somewhere we will consider for future bookings.

The location was absolutely perfect 👌

Ideal location. Plenty of room. Decent kitchen and cooking area.

No remote control for tv in top bedroom. No dishwasher salt or rinse aid for dishwasher. Plug in kitchen sink needs replacing. Very minor things but just making you aware.

The location is great, really central. Its also a great size, big kitchen with large table.

Check in is quite late, 4pm and not at all flexible, we asked for an earlier check in and were told we would have to ask again on the day, which we did but didn't get a reply. When we arrived it smelled very damp, we opened the windows to try to ventilate it but there weren't many and we couldn't get rid of the smell. The bedding as a result also felt a bit damp. The whole place feels very tired and is desperate need of a facelift, marks on walls etc. Its not nearly as well kept as the pictures suggest. It was definitely not worth the money we paid.
