"Love and Peace!"

This is a super property…. Conveniently located near a retail park and 45 mins direct bus from central London. We were a group of runners doing the London marathon and were pleased to find some affordable accommodation the night before where we could each have a room and use of kitchen facilities. The property is very homely and clearly well looked after. There are house rules…..not unreasonable ones….taking shoes off and tidying up after yourselves. We found this reassuring! Beds were comfy. House was warm. Neighbourhood felt very safe. Quiet at night. Owner was fantastic, made sure we were well looked after and had everything we needed.

"Comfy for one night stay."

The en suite shower - unable to control heat of water therefore ran at constant hot water. Should be regularly tested. Kitchen cupboards were sticky. A couple of dinner plates were slightly chipped. Mirror in living room fell off wall (well caught by guest ).Front garden required a sweep and tidy (difficult in winter months!) First impressions !All minor gripes but would make for a more enjoyable stay. S
