Secured location, safe parking and provided all the amenities needed and cleanliness

We could smell the sense of smoke that whom ever stayed before usually smokes in the house.

Location and view

House was dirty, no hot water for 2 days.. when it rains, the DB board trip. I can go on and on.

I could park 2 vehicles in the yard.

The house was musky and was not ventilated before our arrival. The couches in the lounge smelt of animal. There is no microwave in the kitchen. Some of the kitchen windows don't open. The floor tiles in the bathroom are cracked and are lifting from the floor. We did not see the host but received too many unnecessary calls during our stay.

The place was not clean the towels provided was smelly and dirty. The freezer had a bad smell of fish/sardines witch stuck to any food that was placed in there. The fan in the kitchen trips the main electricity. The fan in the spare room is busy falling out the ceiling. Glasses provided was plastic reused deposable cups with 3x odd glasses. The outside patio roof is collapsing the floor needs a deep clean its dirty and slippery. Towel rail in shower broken with a dangerous sharp edge. Shower head cant be adjusted down. Linen provided in main bedroom old cheap and tatty. Broken tiles on bathroom floor. Over all the place has a lot of potential the main problem is lack of maintenance and cleanliness.

The place is quiet and the alarm system is very good
