La casa è esattamente come appare nelle foto ed offre una vista incantevole. Patrizia è un host sempre presente ma mai invadente. La "compagnia" di 2/3 gattini presenti nel giardino è un valore aggiunto.

"Attraktive Unterkunft für Ausflüge ins nördliche Latium."

Traumhafter Blick auf den Lago di Bolsena. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig, das Bad klein aber fein. Die eigene Terrasse bietet ausreichend Ruhe und ist mit Stühlen, Tischen und Sonnenliegen gut und schön möbliert. Patrizia kümmert sich herzlich um ihre Gäste, war jederzeit erreichbar und gab Hilfe bei der Suche nach guten Lokalen.

Die Unterkunft liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße (deutlich in Google Maps & Co zu sehen). Abends kann es also auch mal etwas lauter sein, aber das war vorher bekannt. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigt.

This is a great stay! Nice and clean house, with beautiful views of the lake from the terrace and bathroom window. The host is very kind, and she makes the most delicious olive oil. Great wifi. We had a great time staying in this home.

The beautiful garden and incredible view over the lake. Comfortable bed and separate seating. Would recommend highly.

A little difficult to find. Our GPS took us to a different place.

"Comfortable stay in a beautiful garden with a Great Lake view"

The view of the lake which the owner has on their website is exactly the one you have from the patio! The host takes pride in her garden, which is a delight to walk through any time. She has been very helpful; she got back to us within minutes a few day before checking when we wondered what coffee (loose, Nespresso, paper cartidges) to stock up. Very impressed overall and would like to be back
