Mare e Monti

Molto bello il terrazzino con vista mare e la vicinanza con diverse spiagge libere, con la fermata dell'autobus per andare a Taormina sotto casa e con il lungo mare per le serate. l'ospitalità della proprietaria è stata molto cordiale e disponibile.

L'appartamento aveva un cucinotto elettrico distaccato dalla cucina, quindi un po' scomodo fare avanti e indietro per cucinare e lavare i piatti. In uno dei due materassi si sentivano le molle ed era abbastanza scomodo. Scomodo anche trovare parcheggio (sono solo a pagamento) ma questo dettaglio non dipende dalla struttura.

Steep stairs so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues

Older, but very nice and clean flat with seaview from balcony close to Taormina.

Everything was perfect. The balcony facing the sea was beautiful, watching the many boats and ships crossing the sea. From the balcony on the other side we could see awake Etna and Its night eruptions. So ideal position. The free public beach is very close, Its small,but nice, possible to do snorcheling as the sea life Is quite rich there. Nearest bigger Deco supermarket Is about 1,3 km away, so a pretty walk :-) there are however lots of restaurants or cafes to chose from, also bakery Is near. For a Taormina visit there is a bus stop nearby from where buses are going ever quarter of na hour. The flat Is small,but it was enough for three persons. Only the beds were a bit too soft, but overally a very pleasant visit. 🙂

Location was great and the host was nice.

Almost imposible to find parking near the appartment. There was no kitchen, only an electric stove.... It took us an hour and a half to cook some spaghetti with chicken, wich should be cooked in like 15 minutes.. The stew almost flew through the window.. And the "kitchen" is also wery poorly equipped.
