One of the best holiday home by far in all of my travels. The hosts Sara and Mario are really kind and helpful and are always there to guide you throughout the whole process. The property is located ideally right in the middle of the island and only 20 minutes away from Ponta Delgada by car or 4 minutes away from Ribeira Grande. You have your own private parking with an electric gate that opens by remote that is given to you when you arrive and I have posted the photos below as reference. The outside garden, barbecue area and the other seating area for morning breakfasts is a real added bonus. It gives you the feeling of being in a small villa and the house itself inside is as equally impressive and up to date. I cannot thank you enough Mario and Sara, you will surely be seeing us again as you have made us feel so welcome and made us fall in love with Sao Miguel “Azores” and your lovely Casas da Quinta ❤️

I can’t find anything negative to say, it’s a small paradise.

Sara, our host, was very welcoming when we arrived and passionate about the island. Her enthusiasm was infectious and got us excited to explore. The location was perfectly central so we could reach all attractions easily. The accommodation also had all the amenities advertised, with a beautiful large garden!

The shower leaked a little bit in the bathroom, and the bed wasn't quite up to the standard we might have wanted, but this pales in comparison with the rest of the property. Would still heartily recommend :)

The house has a lovely garden and a barbecue in which we spent a great time with our kids. Sara the host was always nice, available and welcoming. The house has comfortable spaces. Everything was super clean. We were happy here.
