Location, cleanliness, property well maintained,

We loved the care package with local goods & the kindness of the representative as well as the hospitality of the Landlord. The house was also fully furnished with cleaning products and washing machine for clean clothes. Pretty easy drive to many features of the island.

The beds were quite firm.

It was a wonderful stay. The place is by the river, a very quiet one-way road, while the center of Ribeira Grande is just around the corner. The house is furnished in local style and is super cute. We were extremely satisfied. Also, the owners always answered questions that arose quickly.

Situation in city center next to main square and restaurants, proximity to a lovely river. The house is a traditional old house with lots of character and is also furnished with style and character. Lovely welcoming basket, coffee, tea and water was also offered. House was naturally cooled thanks to its proximity to the river and large walls. Lovely feeling of this house being family owned, the owner was always available and friendly. Parking possibility in house.

The drive to the house does not allow u turn as road is narrow, not a big deal and nothing to do with the house itself.

We absolutely loved this property. It was easy walking to the beach, pool, restaurants etc. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook in and it was a bonus having a washing machine. We loved that they had a basket of local goodies filled with local products. We loved the back patio too.

A second bathroom was the only thing we would have loved but we knew when we booked that it only had one.

The house is lovely. it is well maintained, it was very clean, the hosts were lovely. The neighborhood is great. Its walking distance to all the best stuff in town. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again.

The only complaint I would have is the mattresses are really firm and the beds squeak quite loudly.
