Casa do Pêro de Teive

Location was fantastic. Property was bright and clean. We had enough space not to get in each other’s way. Even though the house was on a busy road, street noise was not too bad.

Parking was challenging. Hard to tell if/when receive parking ticket. Construction across the road added to the street noise.

Feels small even for 3. No living room, TV in the entrance. The worst accommodation we had in Azores and too expensive for what it is (bad value for money). Fortunately stayed only one night. Also the owner writes only in Portuguese...

Box with key a little tricky Coffee would be nice

The hot water, the beds were super comfortable there’s a Tasty restaurant like a block away and you can walk to city center so easy

Nothing it was a nice place.

We are a company of 6 friends and spent 2 nights in this place (on the way to the yacht and on the way back). The house is very close to center and marina, comfortable, has a fanced terrace and 3 bedrooms on 2 floors (2 seperate and 1 walk-through). The host was very helpful and responsive, let us drop-off bags before check-in and after check-out time, orginised taxi to the airport. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

All was good.
