Lovely quiet location. Very comfortable

Everything, Lovely location. Really enjoyed the garden . There were rabbits on the lawn. Easy access. Lovely amount of light. The host had left us some welcome food of bread, milk, coffee, tea and a bottle of wine. Was a very nice surprise and really appreciated. Well equipped.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. We were very comfortable.

The property was excellent, exactly how it looked in the pictures and as described. We would book again

Such a beautiful house! Felt so secluded but so close to town. The owners were amazing

Plenty of breakfast supplies. Muesli, milk , Vogel's bread, and array of condiments. Lovely wine as well. Very well set up bedrooms with lovely bathrooms and walk in wardrobe area. Worked very well for two couples. Johno was an excellent host, and went out of his way to make us comfortable. Kia Noho is set amongst beautiful trees and such a peaceful place to stay. Loved relaxing on the deck watching the wild rabbit and the beautiful birds. short drive to the lovely Havelock North and all it has to offer.

Light , bright, clean and well equipped . Air conditioning in all rooms -super important as we had 32 degree plus days for 3 of the 4 days of our stay and cottage gets full north sun all day . Lovely private deck / garden. Washing machine and dryer,ironing board all good for our 4 day break in otherwise busy NZ travel schedule . Cooking facilities & cooking ware good ( microwave and stove top)

Super hot and sunny when we were there , so lack of much shade on deck or blinds/ curtains to keep out heat in sitting room was a shame . Spacious & well equipped for two people ( can sleep 4)- 3 dining chairs, 3 wine glasses

Sunny, cosy and clean - loved it! Will be going back again.
