Ferienhaus Sauerland-Träume

Da wir mit Kindern/Jugendlichen dort waren,die zentrale Lage,von der man viele Ausflugsziele erreichen kann.Wir hatten ein Problem und dieses wurde vom Vermieter prompt geklärt.

Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können.

Mooie royale woning. Meer dan genoeg ruimte voor een groot gezin (wij waren met 2 volwassenen en 5 kinderen)

Verlichting werkt niet overal, netflix werkt niet en chromecast past niet achterin de tv. Deuren sluiten ook niet allemaal goed. Veel bedden lagen als beton. Waren er 2 a 3 die lekker lagen.

Die Lage war schön. Es war ausreichend Platz vorhanden. 2 Bäder + 1 separates WC. Das war bei 5 Personen echt optimal! Vermieter war super zu erreichen und sehr freundlich. Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Große Terasse.

Entweder waren die Vormieter sehr unordentlich oder die Reinigungskräfte sollten mal geschult werden. Die Kaffeemaschine ( Bohnen ) war stark schimmlig. Das Flussensieb im Trockner war ein richtiger Teppich. Die Duschwände waren alle rausgesprungen und Abflüsse waren ebenfalls nicht richtig sauber. Spülmaschiene müsste auch mal erneuert werden ( spült nicht sauber ). Auf der Terasse stehen noch leere Bierflaschen von vorherigen Benutzern. So ist das Haus super und ich würde es auf jeden Fall empfehlen, aber ich würde eine andere Reingungsgesellschaft beschäftigen! Und die Terassenmöbel sind auch nicht so das Beste. Nicht übereinstimmend mit dem Foto. Was nicht so schlimm wäre, wenn die Couch dann nicht viel zu niedrig wäre für die hohen Tische und dazu noch kaputt. Auflagen wären auch toll gewesen.

The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. Location was a good start point for our race bike trips. 4 bedrooms was ideal so we all four had an own private room. Kitchen was well equipped and it was nice to have a big dining table.

The terras with electric bbq was okay, but only to enter from outside the house. Some furniture is outdated and some doors and ceilings are not that high, so long people like me had to pay attention to that. For price / quality it is a great option!

A very cute and spacious home that has everything you would need on a family vacation. It’s near Winterberg for skiing and it has a pizza place and a small supermarket right across the street. Sheets and towels are provided, the bedrooms are big and clean and the 2 bathrooms are clean as-well and it even has a nice coffeemaker. Good parking space for 2 cars, outside terrace we didn’t use but it had a good grill and the kitchen has a dishwasher.

House was well cleaned, generally well equipped, coffee machine was nice. Nice surroundings for walking, skying and langlauf. Easy parking.

These are no big issues, but rather small points that could be improved: the key procedure wasn't clear until the last day. I thought I had to meet someone, but is was a codebox. The electrical outlet behind the microwave is starting to come apart, should be fixed before it becomes unsafe. The first night the fire alarm went off while we were in bed. This repeated a while later. After that no more issues. Probably dust in one of te sensors.
