Woodlands Holiday Homes

Woodlands Cottage was cosy and comfortable and had everything we needed and more for our week long stay. Louise the owner was really friendly and warm and we were made to feel very welcome. The beds were really comfortable and good quality and the power shower was fabulous. It was a great base to explore from. Our highlight was visiting nearby Sundown Adventureland with our young daughter. We would definitely recommend Woodlands Holiday Homes to anyone visiting the area.

Nice quiet location, all facilities. Hosts very helpful and were on hand if they were not.

Self catering so no breakfast. Just what we expected a quiet and relaxing. Bird song was the only noise we heard The only reason we would not stay again, is because we have seen all we wanted to see and covered all the local walks in that area.

There was nothing to dislike!!

Lovely place in the country. Very peaceful and private. Excluding 2yo toddler :) he loved the garden space and very safe for him.

I do like a shelf in the bathroom makes life so much easier especially for makeup and little bottles. Keeping things out of reach of little ones too.

Our stay at Woodland House was fantastic start to finish. The owners meet us when we arrived (even though we were later than expexted), showed us around and pointing out information to help us with our stay. They even provided us fresh milk which was a nice touch. The house itself was clean and had a homely feel to it. The beds were extremely comfortable. The location is in the countryside but we had the best of both worlds, quiet surroundings but also ideal for us visiting family, which was only 15 mins away. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will definetly be back.

I dont think there is anything we can say we didn't like. Perfect all round.
