No room service , no breakfast even tho it’s mentioned it’s included , no staff there most of the time , heater not working properly

Clean tastefully decorated, warm and comfortable rooms. beautiful area of Georgia we enjoyed our trip, nice restaurants around and good supermarkets

No staff member around for the entire trip even though 24 front desk advertised, payment was therefore a problem. 2 bedeoom house is false advertising as rooms didn't even join had to go outside in -16 degrees to get from one room To another. Not useful with a child and in winter.. No cup or glass or paper cup to go with kettle so had to buy cups from the shop. No tumble dryer, so lucky it was dry. Description needed to be more honest.

Sauberkeit, und die Hütte selbst, und es ist warm im Winter= gut!

trotz Buchung gab es eine kleine Hütte (ohne Ausblick), nach Umbuchung wurde der Preis massiv erhöht, Frühstück für 60 Lari!! angeboten je Frühstück, Einrichtung wie Küche= Plastikbesteck, wenig Geschirr, Whirlpool geht nicht, keine Abdeckung am Motor, Ausblick wird für 3 bis 6 Hütten nicht mehr sein, wenn das Haus davor steht siehe Foto, Wir auf keinen Fall wieder!
