Naxos Cottage

It was very spacious, quiet and the amenities were very nice!

Super house, in a good position to visit Naxos and change beach every day. Host super kind! We bad a great time!

Υπέροχο σπίτι με όλες της ανέσεις και σε πολύ ωραίο και ήσυχο σημείο του νησιού.Ο οικοδεσπότης είναι από τους καλύτερους που έχω συνάντηση , ότι χρειαστήκαμε της μέρες που μείναμε μας εξυπηρέτησε και επίσης μας έδωσε και πολύ ωραίες ίδιες για το νησί από παραλίες , εστιατόρια κτλπ.

Place is really nice, well-located (20min from everything in Naxos, road is easy and not busy). Access to fruit/vegetables was nice though not so many available at this time of year. Pool was enjoyable. Big green field as well. Jacuzzi is a bit warm for the season but we went a couple of times, and had a good time

I didn't know we'll share the place (2 villas), was not clearly mentioned in the ad. Kitchen equipments are too little (no cutting board, very bad coffee machine that broke down, no decent knife). So if you want to cook, it is complicated. When I told the owner, he was pissed off. Almost dared to say we broke his $25 coffee machine (that was leaking from day 1). Few things didn't work and the owner though very present didn't know: 1) water pump noise first night, woke me up several times in the middle of the night (fixed day 2), 2) AC not working in 1 of the room (fixed fast as well). Basically the owner was not happy I raise those issues and especially when I said the kitchen equipment was below par (nightly cost if more than 350$ and we stay more than 10 nights hence my comment).... also I didn't like he could spy on us via outdoor camera. 1 evening I forgot to close the main door, 2 min after I have a whatsapp message saying I need to close the door. Spooky as hell, to be honest. Same, when i started complaining, he said he didn't like we kept the AC on all day. It was 36 degrees all day, of course we've kept the AC on. But it really felt he was always present/checking which I didn't like at all. If you go there, don't critic anything as the owner is sensitive. he was trying to have an argument with me on whatsapp and i had to block him as I told him it was a waste of my time! he didn't understand.... Elias (Owner), whatever your answer is, please know I won't read so don't need to engage with me in your response as mentioned before, it is simply a waste of my time. With these comments, I'm only informing future guests about our experience!

Everything - outstanding villa. Very well appointed. So much space and everything is well maintained. It really made our holiday on Naxos having such a great base. Elias could not have been a more helpful host. He gets it completely right. Would recommend this stay to anyone.

Wifi does not work most of the time and cannot get phone service

The facilities were great. The location was quiet. The host was amazing. One of the best hosts we have ever had.

One thing to note is that the internet connection was a bit slow. Keep that in mind in case you have some work to do and you need fast and stable internet. Otherwise for just browsing it is fine.
