Lovely house in a great location. Perfect for a small family - our daughters loved the toy box and books. The host was also extremely helpful and responsive. It was really nice to be able to walk straight out the back garden into the woods for lovely walks, and the pump track and playground nearby were also a big hit.

Struggled slightly with understanding the heating system. Would have been good to have some shower gel in the bathroom. We also had to go searching for the high chair which wasn’t in a particularly obvious place.

La casa era molto accogliente, in una zona tranquilla attaccata al bosco. Bello aver potuto mangiare fuori e godere il giardino. Aveva tutto il necessario, la nostra vacanza è stata super confortevole!

We’ve stayed in many apartments and cottages, so we have plenty to compare with — and Croftwood Cottage was one of the best we’ve ever experienced. We’ve never seen accommodation so perfectly equipped; there really wasn’t anything we felt was missing. A big plus was the enclosed garden at the back where our children could play safely, as well as the lovely seating area with a view of the garden, where we could relax even on cooler or rainy days. If we had to mention one small thing, the mattresses were a bit too soft for our taste — but of course, that’s a matter of personal preference, and we completely understand. Once again, thank you, Andy. If we ever come back to this area, we’ll definitely choose Croftwood Cottage again!

A very comfortable and well equipped cottage set in the middle of the village. We particularly enjoyed the sitting/sun room and garden. Easy walking to local cafes, restaurants and steam train. Very comfortable bed and quiet area. Slept well. Convenient for all Speyside activities.

Only niggle was the settee in the TV lounge which was a little low and unsupportive.
