You can collect your keys at the following address: Boulevard Freemont y Sinaloa 103 Placita Aviana, Colonia Benito Juarez, Puerto Peñasco Sonora, C.P. 83554 50% of the total for the reservation will be charged at the moment of booking the property. Last payment will be charged 10 to 15 days before arrival. Payment will appear as "Acctng Svs Booking FMI“ in your accoun statement. Late check out is allowed. If you are arriving after 5:00 pm please advise the office to make the proper arrangements. The cost is $20 usd which will be paid upon arrival. Make sure to bring the credit card you used to pay for your reservation.

"overall great house would stay there again"

the property was nice and clean, great location too. close to the beach.

the only issue we had was that the next day after we arrived (only there for 2 nights) we tried taking showers and there was no water. but I called Josué from fmi rentals and he sent maintenance right away but we got water back before maintenance arrived which was less than an hour.

location was fairly clean. I found a little bag with drugs under one that f the pillows 😔
