The hosts were amazing. They took a few minutes to show us around the house so we didn’t have to do any guessing.

A wider selection of pillows would have been good. we prefer more flat pillows. There was only thick pillows.

"Superb"

Beatriz was a great host. She lived next door and was there when we arrived to show us around. The house is perfect with everything you need with a nice terrace and little garden area with a BBQ. We stayed for 4 nights and would definitely recommend staying here.

The Palm Beach Mermaid was a great place to spend a long weekend in Palm Beach. It was spotless upon entry, with a guided tour by our host, who was delightful! Nice amenities upon arrival (a bottle of wine!) and plenty of room to stretch our legs. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash/body lotion also included. The weather temp dropped and the host made sure to reach out to make sure we were warm.

we loved how much bigger the accommodation was than we imagined!! everything was very clean and organized. Mrs. Beatriz and Mr. Maz we’re so sweet and welcoming and an absolute pleasure. I loved how close it is to everything and we really enjoyed our time relaxing in the back patio where they keep a beautiful garden! water pressure is amazing, and the home is well stocked with anything you’d need. mattresses are very comfy and we loved that all the rooms had smart tvs so our kids could watch their own thing. we can’t wait to go back!

nothing, everything was great! if you’re traveling with your children please consider bringing a couple safety gates for the stairs (wasn’t a problem for us because our kids are used to stairs, but worth mentioning!)

Everything was organized so well there were so many extras I wasn't expecting like extra good towels Filtered waters, Prime video, excellent views, Beach chairs, Plenty of dishes An eating utensils. A truly remarkable stay When visiting West Palm Beach I will request to stay here every time

The main bed was awesome! Lots of extras provided to make our stay relaxing. The sunrises from the roof top area are amazing.Nice and close to the Palm Beach Convention Center, Norton Museum, beaches,groceries and restaurants.
