Dream place “Noah’sHope”

Brilliant location both on the site and within the town. It was very clean overall.

Mould in the shower basin. Communication from the host wasn’t very good, I messaged as soon as I booked requesting a travel cot and making sure it was ok to bring pets. I didn’t hear back from them so paid for my dogs to be cared for while we were away. No word on travel cot either so we took our own, to find one under a bed when we got there. Host messaged on WhatsApp at 22:30 with checkout instructions.

Great place for a short getaway. As described. Clean and well equipped. Really near the beach and seafront.

Beds are a bit flimsy but to be expected for a caravan.

Host left the country without providing access details and disconnected their phone. After several hours of trying to make contact, we had to find somewhere else to stay.

The private caravan was very clean and warm, and situated in a quiet part of the park. It had an additional ensuite WC with the main bedroom, and an extra TV. The beds were comfortable, the bed linen was good quality and smelt freshly laundered. Everything was supplied. Harts is a safe site where children can play, there is a very nice heated indoor swimming pool. The host is friendly and responds quickly to any enquiries. It is a lovely place to stay.

The whole place stunk of cigarettes , cigarette burns on carpet which was coming up and threading. Smoke alarms covered with plastic bag Uncomfortable couxh Hard bed Outside area left alot to be desired. Breakfast in clubhouse unavailable as"Scott" wasn't at work by 09:05. Fire in nearby bin and vandles with loud music in cars driving around .
