Dream place “Noah’sHope”

The staff in the clubhouse tried to sell me 4 tickets just to buy drinks even though I had been there in the day and bought drinks .. I refused and said I will buy 1 and they said cash only that's when I knew they were conning people as I had been using my card all the time ....

The homely feel to the caravan

We didnt realise we had to pay extra to use the bar restaurant arcades and bar etc, this could of been included with the price we paid

firstly, it’s worth to mention the response time and instant communication between the host and myself, I booked very last minute (I booked and was in the property within 2 hours). The host was available to contact throughout our stay of there was any issue that arises, also the host was very flexible with check in and checking out times. don’t be afraid to ask! The van was very clean, modern with some basic amenities available on arrival (tea, coffee, sugar etc). All fresh bedding a linen was also available use (smelt amazing!) The van has a double room at the rear with a small en-suite. large family shower and toilet. average sized twin room. large open living space with a large flatscreen TV. central heating throughout which can be controlled in the lounge. There is also a small BBQ out the front for those hot summer days. Lastly the clubhouse is only a short 5 minute walk away with all the usual amenities (arcades swimming pool laundrette etc)

The only issue is which is NO FAULT of the hosts and is beyond there control is that when it rains, the rain runs unfortunately directly down to grassed outside, so expect it to be a bit muddy. As mentioned this is not the hosts fault but it’s worth mentioning just in case like we did, arrive in the dark and not notice it!

had to wait ontill 7/ 8 o’clock to check in with my family so had to stand in the rain with my kids and bags there was no racks in the oven so could not cook my kids dinner not really happy with that so no dinner for two days but over than that was ok

Lovely comfortable caravan. Very spacious for two adults, our baby and dog. Easy to find once we were sent the instructions. The perfect place to stay whilst attending a wedding on the island. Very helpful that it was stocked with toilet roll, washing up liquid, tea towel etc. Great amenities.

One of the towels had a dirty mark on it, but other than that everything was lovely and clean.
