Good location, great garden for the summer months, clean and tidy, nice a warm in the colder months, everything you needed.

A compact, comfortable and cosy cottage in a lovely quiet lane. Excellent facilities and loved the Sky TV and wood burner. Welcome gifts on arrival which were a lovely gesture. Would highly recommend and would visit again.

Beautiful and compact little cottage that was just perfect for our annual girl's weekend away. Cosy, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Really easy to get a taxi into Lytham and the location is so peaceful. We were really lucky to get some decent weather for part of our stay so managed to use the lovely covered outside area for a little while. Would 100% stay here again.

Nothing major and only the tiniest of criticisms - a mirror in the hall or downstairs bedroom would be great (if feasible).

Everything was like a home from home! Very clean and loved the wine and chocolates the host kindly left for us.

All of it, it was comfortable, well equipped and clean. The location was great, a quiet road on the edge of town but easily accessible to Lytham and Blackpool, perfect for what we needed. We didn’t use the facilities outside much but on another day with more time we’d have loved to use the BBQ and outdoor seating.

A tiny issue was accessing the sockets behind the headboards to plug in chargers which was awkward, but this is very minor.
