Very spacious and clean. Was very comfortable.

There was no drying rack for clothes. The outdoor line was useless in the rain.

Location, cleanliness, ease of booking, private parking space. Had a minor issue with the TV and the response from the owner was immediate and she resolved the problem with a smile - brilliant service

Small fridge that didn’t cool but that wasn’t an issue really as the room itself and our whole stay was wonderful

peaceful, gorgeous, comfortable, walking distance to pub and chipping campden, modern, good quality furniture

didn’t meet anyone or hear from anyone, others we have stayed at have text, emailed etc. walk in shower would be better and safer.

Accommodation is really well thought out, spotlessly clean and very well equipped for cooking, including a dishwasher. Nice to be left a bottle of milk, some tea, coffee and cookies. Plenty of guide books to the local area and some games and jigsaw puzzles for the children. The beds are super comfy and the log burner was welcome on the cold day when we arrived, especially with logs and kindling left out for us. Broad Campden is a quiet, pretty village with a great local pub 5 minutes walk away where we had dinner. Great base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford & Warwick. I can highly recommend it.

It's a really minor thing but it was a bit of a shame that we couldn't see the fields of sheep from the property. The garden looks out onto some old farm machinery.

Location was beautiful.

The central heating wasn’t working, but we were given two heaters. There should definitely be a handrail/ grab rail in the bath to help with safe showering etc. and a non-slip mat for the bath should definitely be offered for people with difficulty. My 81 year old sister didn’t use the bathing or showering facility as she was afraid of slipping.The WiFi was extremely patchy in the house and at times non existent which made it difficult to keep up to date with family and business.
