Location that’s the only thing that was good about this property.

The apartment was dirty. No tea towels Coffee maker broken Garden furniture broken Utility room door broken / falling off Thick dust on all surfaces Main bedroom- bed not made on arrival Unable to contact the agent in day of arrival despite calling / emailing a number of times BBQ area not useable Main Bathroom & kitchen in poor state and in need of repair / replacement Ants in the kitchen Kids beds do not have two sheets only bottom sheet and quilt Balcony in poor state and absolutely no view due to overgrown shrubs. Previous guests dirty sock in drawer/dress in wardrobe Think grime on clothing rails and shelves in walk in wardrobe.
