La superficie de la maison et sa piscine

La maison sentait fortement le traitement anti termites et avec de jeunes enfants c'était compliqué. Le propriétaire nous a averti qu'il fallait régler la consommation d'électricité, comme indiqué dans l'annonce, mais la maison est une véritable passoire (jours importants aux ouvertures). L'équipement de la cuisine était plus que sommaire et la gazinière avait un bouton cassé .

The Villa is very old, and I would say of poor maintenance, but it is large with 3 bedrooms. But be aware all bedrooms are upstairs sharing one bathroom. The photos they show of this place are not accurate. Most of all, it is the worst customer service in Thailand.

The woman manager is extremely rude and abusive. She barged in while we were having breakfast and started screaming in Thai. She demanded to inspect the villa. She was demeaning and rude. We made a deposit of 5000 bhat, she returned 4000 bhat. 525 for the electric. We did have a mishap, and a door knob did fall off they charged 500 bhat for it. We offered to pay. I would recommend families not stay here unless you only need basic amenities. Bring your own toilet paper, the manage yelled in Thai because we seemed to have run out of toilet paper. We live in the USA, and we dont wash our bottoms with water. Sorry, we had to use toilet paper. Also, dont expect any towel refreshed. Bring your own towels and all toiletries. This place is just big and made for budget Travelers only. But the daily rate is not budget either. We hired a chef one night and had a small dinner party. Nothing was damaged, remember. We cleared out the trash, and we did not leave the property trashed or anything. We returned the deposit because there was nothing to charge us for. But the manager screaming in Thai at us is unheard of in Thailand. I hope you consider my experience. If you are not a low-budget traveler, avoid this place like the plague. Do not scream at your customers in Thai.

Spacious house. Nice pool. Great hosts. Really great. Great value for money.

Overall a nice place to stay and we got value for money. Nothing to dislike.

Kinda long way to main attractions

Lots of space in the villa. Everything we needed. The owners were very nice welcoming and nice to speak too. Would defo stay again. And will definitely tell people about the villas. Thanks too you both for everything ❤️

The hill up to the villa but was worth it once there

The location is pretty good. Away from the main street but close enough to walk to shops & very good eateries. The pool was clean & refreshing. Scooter parking Suitable for a place to use as a base albeit a bit tired & dated.

The apartment is very basic with minimal furniture & appliances etc. No microwave Just a gas cooktop (we didn’t use it) Kettle & toaster (kettle should be replaced as it is unsafe) Beds are ok, pretty hard and pillows are like bricks. Each guest provided with one rather well used and thread bare towel. There are no pool towels provided but if you ask they give you “bath towels” to use. Shower over bath is pretty primitive and best used as a hand held unit to prevent water messing everywhere. No bath mats provided - they give you a thin hand towel as a bath mat. No soap or shower gel provided, not even a small hand soap, so we had to rush out & buy Only one toilet roll per toilet provided (we stayed 16 nights so had to buy our own) Kitchen has basic supplies only. One dinner plate was badly chipped. No bowl provided so we had to buy one to make a salad in. Knives are very blunt so we had to buy a sharp knife in order to cut fruit up. Whilst they tell you that you will need to pay for electricity consumption, we were horrified to have been charged 3200Baht for this. The owner assured us that he charges government rate. Having checked this out, it turns out the government rate is 4.15baht per kwh So in that case we supposedly used 771kwh over 15 days (16 nights) which is outrageous considering we spent most of the daytime away from the unit, did no cooking whatsoever & simply used 2 small air conditioners at night to stay cool. We were very cautious not to turn them on too early & always turned them off first thing in the morning. So either the meter is wrong or the rate we were charged is much higher than the government rate.

The house was big and spacious. Pool was really nice.

All the closet and drawers ( even in kitchen) we're stuffy.
