Bike to Beach-Spacious With Patio BBQ & Game Room (Pet-Friendly)

It was a great location, lots to do, mostly walkable venues. Quiet safe neighborhood. Very clean interior. All the essentials were there.

I was hoping the bike rack had a bigger bike. Only smaller bikes were there. The floors were uneven and cracked in places.

It was one of the cleanest rentals I have rented, very quiet neighborhood, nice kitchen, nice living room and bathroom. was great to have washer and dryer so we could wash towels and clothes. BBQ grill was also a plus! Nice backyard and some neighborhood kitties. We personally love cats so we enjoyed their company.

I would have given 10/10 if the mattresses were up to date. All of the main beds were very uncomfortable as the mattresses were either sunk in the middle or on angles making it very hard for us couple to sleep together. We ended up sleeping in the bunk bed. It is outdated, some parts of the floor weren't even at all, flooring needs some updates, needs a power wash on the front yard and backyard, patio table had a crack on it with spider webs all over the broken parasol with no covering attached to it. Patio furniture cushions could definitely need some cleaning.

The bedrooms were clean and comfortable, the locations was fine. The availability of a backyard was a great addition. The Owners were very responsive with any problems. The living room was very nice.

The property was fairly run down, it seemed quite old and structures were not kept up. For example, the flooring had cracks and pieces of flooring were askew or missing causing a tripping hazard.

Good location for what we were doing, We liked the idea of having Bikes but 🫤

The back yard was not inviting as the photos show, the bike seats were spongy wet and chains rusty, wouldn’t have been able to ride them, No curtain for privacy on the little room off the kitchen, the arcade games were a gimmick, one you had to pay to play and the other one only worked for 3-4 minutes, I do understand that the area has had floodings over the past and that may have damaged the tiles on the floors and contributed to the slanting in the flooring, there should have been prior notice or something in the advertisement for the property.

dirty barbecue, dirty backyard, not comfortable mattresses, air conditioning sometimes blows in your face, sometimes it doesn’t work, they take a deposit of $350, it still hasn’t been returned, you have to take out the trash, otherwise you will be fined, you can be fined for everything and the deposit will not be returned. Not worth the money.

I understand the sheets were saying, but I feel these people just like most people look for any excuse to keep your deposit. Neighbors are quite rude. Had to call the police on one. and there is a crazy cat lady who comes and feeds about 12 cats outside your car in the mornings

Location was great, the inside of the house and back yard was nice, clean and had almost everything you could need.

The front of the house has a lot of cats and the smell from them was really strong.
