"Beautiful studio room in good location with great private sun terrace"

Large studio room with lovely bathroom and the most amazing private terrace with outdoor furniture. Private car park very useful. Location good. Great restaurant recommendations from Erieta.

Accogliente , luminosa e posizione favolosa. Possibilità di posto auto nel cortile interno alla struttura

1)Un po’ scomodo portare le valigie al 1º piano senza ascensore. 2)cortile dove ci sono i posti auto un po sporco

"Molto piacevole e funzionale."

Molto bella la terrazza comune vista mare e la posizione della struttura vicina alla zona del centro. Facilità di parcheggio ...ma ci siamo stati nella seconda metà di aprile 2026. In estate però conviene fissare un posto nel loro parcheggio privato accanto all'ingresso così da evitare giri infruttuosi nelle vie adiacenti che sono abbastanza strette. Nonostante il check in da remoto i contatti sono stati efficientissimi ed esaurienti.

"Great roof terrace right at ocean front"

Very clean, perfect location, very safe. From the appartment you walk up the stairs to the roof terrace and can't close your mouth, it is just wonderful up there. When we were there in April we didn't need the open shower to refresh ourselvesbut it would have been broken. I trust it will be repaired before the season starts again. Just around the corner there is a wonderful café, also selling great ice cream. A walk into the city center takes about 5 minutes right at the ocean front. Yep, a good choice.

Outdoor shower broken, no problem for us but should certainly be fixed soon.
