Central Stow on the Wold

It was comfortable and cosy. Great location. Very easy booking. Good communication and accommodating of our request for a late check out. The bathroom curtain didn’t bother us at all.

It was very hot and hard to ventilate. But that wasn’t a major issue.

Lovely cottage feel with good facilities and some great added touches that made it feel really welcoming.

The central location was excellent and the flat was well equipped. Everything inside the flat was clean and obvious care had been taken with furniture and fittings. Despite warnings about car parking, we had no problems finding on street spaces very nearby.

The access was a bit grubby. The lack of a door between the bedroom and bathroom (there was a curtain) could have been problematic.

Fantastic location, and some amazing pubs and restaurants and walks. Beautiful village Stow on the Wold. Accommodation a little compact but very nice, although a bit tricky to find when we first arrived.

The property was very well maintained and appointed - perfect for journeying to and from the Festival. I'd thoroughly recommend it and will hopefully be back again soon!

It was perfect for me...

Lovely, comfortable flat perfectly situated in the middle of the town. Nice walk in shower and really comfortable bed. Tea, coffee, milk all provided and owners left a lovely gift of wine and chocolate for our arrival. Great communication from owners Richard & Alex which included tips on places to eat and local picturesque walks. Would highly recommend for a couples stay.

We liked everything about the property. An outdoor metal staircase leads up to the flat’s front door. This did not present a problem for us but may do for others with less mobility.

Both my partner and I loved our break in Stow, and the flat was an ideal base to enjoy the town - clean, cozy and with all the mod cons we needed. Would definitely return.
