Lovely relaxing stay in this modern house. Spread across the levels this was very spacious for us. The owner was very helpful and prompt with instructions for operating the dryer.

Esta muy bien cuidado y muy bien ubicado, todo nuevo.

Erg mooi huis in centrum, vlak bij de haven. Het huis heeft airco, 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers (1 met douche en 1 met groot bad). Op de begaande grond is nog een 3e WC en een patio (handig voor de hond). Uitgebreide keuken en grote woonkamer. Host is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Communicatie gaat gemakkelijk via Whatsapp. Viana is een leuke stad waar je heerlijk kan eten en shoppen. Op 5 minuten rijden van het huis en er een heel mooi groot strand.

La casa es muy espaciosa, las habitaciones grandes, una cocina muy comoda. Tiene de todo en la cocina, todo lo que necesites hay, todo guardado en los muchos armarios que hay. Es una casa muy amplia reformada a nuevo.

La escalera no tiene donde agarrase y que no tiene persianas.

We booked this property to attend a World Championship Sailing event at the nearby club. Location wise, it was ideal, a 5 minute walk from the town centre, so shops, cafes, restaurants, supermarket all within walking distance. For the sailing and getting to/from the club each day, it's a 15 minute walk at best (I walked with a boot on due to broken ankle). The property itself was excellent, probably better than what we expected, and the best we've ever booked via booking.com. It was very clean, spacious. well furnished, comfortable and had everything you could possibly need for your stay, and probably some things you wouldn't need - excellent all round. There is a toilet on the ground floor, a main bathroom on the 1st floor with a huge bath, and a rather excellent shower on the top floor. The hosts were very helpful with both communication before our stay, as well as providing a list of places to eat, and checking in to ensure everything was okay. They provided two keys for our stay which was a major bonus, as many places seem to assume you all go out and return at the same time. This would have been a major problem for us, so bonus points there. Wifi was available and seemed to average around 30Mbit/s which was fine for everything. There is a small outside court yard at the back which we used for drying sailing gear. All in all, an excellent place to stay which we would recommend to anyone, and especially those attending the sailing venue.

Having to come home. I honestly could have moved in there and stayed.
